From 19 September to 17 October, every Saturday the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, Monte Falterona and Campigna organises guided dusk walks in the areas of highest deer concentration to hear the evocative deer rut (bramito). Expert CETS-certified park guides lead participants through the forest as the stags’ calls echo between the trees. The excursions offer a unique chance to observe autumn wildlife in the heart of the park. Booking and details are provided by the Park on its official channels.
