The Fiera di San Michele is one of the traditional markets of Pratovecchio, held in the historic centre from the early hours of the morning until dusk. Streets and squares of the town fill with stalls selling local products, clothing, food and crafts, drawing a large influx of visitors. Once the fair introduced the approaching winter season and remains a beloved autumn appointment. The date, around the feast of Saint Michael, is confirmed each year by the municipality.
