Spirito di Vino is an evening wine-tasting experience that winds through the historic centre of Subbiano, weaving between the piazzettas, the castle and the lungarno along the Arno. Several stations pair artisanal local wines with food tastings of the territory. A ticket gives access to the whole tasting circuit, with a discount for early purchase.
